I also bought the CRSR-10 SIRIUS. The product works well, but ….. the Car Kit is missing the owner "to mount the device on the vehicle. SANY I called and they said call SIRIUS!
Customer Service SIRIUS (laughing!) Is a complete farce! I called the hotline and after being caught 3 times I finally a guy named "Kevin" who asked me to box everything back, and return me a new drive. All I wanted was the missing part! Good luck to anyone trying to deal with SIRIUS customer service!
